Hi! I’m The Bookshelf Baker — a hobby baker taking inspiration from the world’s greatest bakers found on my bookshelf. What started as a passion project has risen into a micro bakery in Seaford, Victoria, sharing fresh, heartfelt bakes with my local community each week.
A classic slow-fermented white sourdough loaf with a golden crust and soft, tangy interior, baked fresh for everyday comfort. Baked completely by hand, without the use of machine mixers, these true artisan loaves are made over 48 hours.
Hand-rolled, boiled, and baked to perfection for that signature chewy bite and golden crust, bringing a taste of the Big Apple to your home.
Available in four flavours: Sea Salt, Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed and Everything Seasoning.
